What is the typical implementation timeline?
Most organizations are fully onboarded within a few weeks, with personalized training and support to ensure a smooth transition. Our implementation team works closely with you to configure the platform to your specific needs and integrate with your existing systems.
What AI models does ArcPrime use?
By default, we send encrypted data to Microsoft Azure OpenAI. Learn more about their policy here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/cognitive-services/openai/data-privacy. With that said, we can offer self-hosted open source models on request.
Do you train on customer data?
No. None of your private data is used to train our models. We use solely publicly available data to train our models.
