No. Customer data is never used to train ArcPrime’s AI models. Customer data is deleted upon leaving the platform.

Yes. ArcPrime uses encryption at rest and in transit, with 18+ infrastructure security controls in place, role-based access, and audit logging across every customer environment.
Is my data isolated from other ArcPrime customers?
Yes. Your data is segregated at the application and storage layer per tenant. It does not commingle with data from other ArcPrime customers, is not accessible to other customers, and is not used in any cross-customer model, index, or analytics product.
