Great to see everyone at IPO! It was a great experience meeting new folks from all over the industry. We did 2 things:

- We ran a friendly competition where we ranked attendee's patent portfolios according to patent quality scores. We used the metric derived from a study of millions of patents by ROL Group. The winners:

7. Meta

- We printed out checks for each of the corporate attendees. One of our features highlights the worst 5% of cases in terms of prosecution length compared to other cases in their art unit. Should they abandon those cases, they'd save the amount in the check. The QR code led to a customized page listing out all the assets.
Note: This isn't a recommendation to prune all of those cases, just a recommendation to take a look -- perhaps counsel should abandon, appeal, or file a CON focusing on different subject matter.

It was my first time at IPO, and it's certainly one of the better run IP events for both inhouse and outside counsel.

Most of all, I'm grateful for the ArcPrime team Sunny and Albert for showing up! We're all engineers so being in networking mode for 3 days is no joke for us!
