October 2026 Update
š Prior Art and Claim Charts
Prior art searches, invalidity searches and claim charts now run on ArcPrime's own research engine. It finds about 60% more relevant prior art and cuts overclaimed teachings roughly in half. Claim charts prove about 50% more claim elements with verified quotes, and blind AI judges preferred the new mappings about 80% of the time. Every quote is checked against the page it came from.
Highlight any passage of an office action response and tell the AI what to change. When a claim changes, the arguments and the matching method, system and computer-readable medium claims update with it. Each new version comes with a guide to what changed since the last one. Assigned outside counsel and paralegals can now steer drafts too.
š¬ Page-Aware Chat
Chat now knows the page you are on and can pull in data from anywhere else in ArcPrime to answer. A few things to try: from a continuation recommendation, find claims across your portfolio that are similar to the proposed ones. From the budget page, model what pruning a set of families does to next year's spend. From an office action response, check whether the patent carries any license encumbrances.
š§ Internal-Only Intake Questions
Mark any invention disclosure question as visible to counsel only, and choose whether that includes outside counsel. AI drafts those answers from the submission, and counsel edit them inline on the disclosure. Trademark intake forms now follow the same layout.
āļø Foreign Office Documents
ArcPrime now stores office documents for EPO, CNIPA, JPO and KIPO cases alongside your USPTO files, with English translations where the office provides them. The Focused view surfaces office actions, replies and amendments for each office.
